Rent Payments

Rent is due on the first of the month, and is late on the second; however you have through the 5th to pay without late charges. Rent may be mailed, dropped off in the drop box outside the leasing office or hand delivered to the office. Please indicate your apartment address on your check. All Edwards Communities have a No Cash Policy. Personal checks, certified checks or money orders are accepted for rental payments.

Rental Insurance

We require you to obtain renter's insurance. Edwards Communities insurance does not cover your personal property for damages caused by fire, flood, theft, or other perils.

Accidental Lock Out

If you are locked out of your apartment home after office hours, please call the maintenance service emergency line at (614) 679-8882, and a Times Square representative will assist you. In order to be allowed access to your apartment, YOU MUST HAVE A PICTURE ID WITH YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS. Only persons whose names appear on the lease will be allowed access.

Deliveries and Installations

For personal deliveries of service or goods in your apartment, you must make arrangements through the membership office. No one will be admitted in your apartment without your prior written permission. With your written consent, maintenance will unlock your door to allow access. Please be aware that we can not sign acceptance slips for furniture delivery or services.
